CalebAssuming that you are not allowed to use animals that have no legs (snails,slugs,snakes)

Ive come up with an idea that has the most animals possible

Penguins 4 legs 2(male)+2(female)

Kangaroo 4 legs 2(male)+2(female)

Duck 4 legs 2(male)+2(female)

Ella2 1 8 legged animal and 1 4 legged animal

3. 3 4 legged animals

4. 2 4 legged animals and 2 2 legged animals

5. 4 2 legged animals and 1 4 legged animal

6 3 2 legged animals

Noah could of only seen 6 animals go past because all animals have at least 2 legs apart from snakes. In witch case an infinite number of snakes could have gone past

BenThe maximum number of animals with legs is 6. however, if there was an octopus and a cat there would be 2.You could have a large number of snakes as they do not have evolved to have no legs.

BenI think you can have 2 – an octopus and cat

You can have three – a cat, dog and mouse

You can have four – a cat, a dog, a seagull and a kangaroo

You can have five – four kangaroos and a llama

You can have six – six seagulls

And you can have lots of snakes …….

RohaanYou could have 3creatures with 4 legs or 6 creatures with 2 legs or 2 creatures with 6 legs. Or a creature with 6 legs and one with 4 legs and one with 2 legs.

1 creature with 8 legs (spider) + 1 creature with 4 legs.

1 creature with 8 legs + 2 creatures with 2 legs each (any bird or a kangaroo.)

2 creatures with 4 legs + 3 creatures with 2 legs.

6 creatures with 2 legs each.
